Creamy Avocado Sauce

This sauce is featured with our Blackened Fish Tacos and would be delicious with other dishes as well.

1 c. plain whole milk Greek yogurt
1 medium avocado, peeled and chopped
2 cloves garlic, peeled and finely minced|
1 t. ground cumin
½ t. smoked paprika
½ t. chili powder
2 T. fresh cilantro, finely chopped
3 T. fresh lime juice*
Sea salt and black pepper, to taste


  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. (*Add additional lime juice, if necessary, to reach desired consistency). Taste and adjust seasonings, to taste.

  2. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for several days. Enjoy!
